I know and I feel that working with people's health and treatments is my calling.

"Pain is part of life, but we choose how we react to it." (Buddha)

My work requires not only physical contact but also deep empathy. I constantly strive to understand the client's physical and emotional state so that I can offer personalised and effective help.

My aim is not only to relax the client, reduce stress and pain, but also to improve working capacity and movement dynamics

I am a graduate of the Odense School of Massage (Massørskolen-Fyn, 2022-2023), and previously completed a Bachelor of Sports Studies (2008-2012), which reflects my desire to understand how our bodies work.

I’m spent more than half of my life exploring different paths to find my true calling—and I’ve found it in working with people's health and treatments. I graduated from the Massage School - Fyn in Odense, and I also hold a degree in Sports. This background has helped me understand how the body works, but it’s my years of wrestling since childhood that truly taught me how to read the body in both calm and challenging situations.

For me, massage is not just about relaxation—it’s about helping people feel better in their daily lives. Every session starts with a full-body check using my hands, which allows me to find where the body needs attention. This way, I can guide you into deep relaxation and relief from stress or pain.

I offer several types of massage, like trigger point, sports, physiurgic, aromatherapy, and workplace massage. I believe people choose me because I don’t just see massage as a job—I know it’s my life’s path. My experiences have given me a unique ability to understand the body and provide care that feels right for each individual.

I am a 35-year-old massage therapist who is constantly learning and improving my skills. Through my training at massage school and working with a wide range of clients, I have learnt a variety of massage techniques including physiotherapy massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage and trigger point therapy. I also like to use heat, vibration, electrostimulation and various innovative therapeutic devices, as well as stretching, to enhance their therapeutic effects.
